Sephora seeks Warehouse Associate in Avon, IN. Full-time distribution center role fulfilling orders with WMS experience required. $19/hr, benefits, growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, pack, prep, and ship product orders to retail stores and online customers following established procedures and industry standards
- Operate RF terminals to successfully receive, pick, replenish, and process product in the warehouse
- Stock product and maintain warehouse organization according to Warehouse Management System protocols
- Comply with all company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and report potential safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime as operational needs require
- Execute cross-trained assignments across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping departments
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service to support both retail and online order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, sit, squat, and walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or strong ability to learn operational geography
- Demonstrated ability to operate RF terminals and menu-driven applications
- Basic mathematical skills with ability to accurately match numbers for order verification
- Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions
- Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with ability to work effectively within a team environment
Skills
Experience
Entry-level warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred; however, candidates with no direct experience but strong foundational skills and willingness to be trained are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; however, equivalent work experience may be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 19 per hour.
