Sephora Warehouse Associate position in Avon, IN; full-time distribution center role with benefits and career growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship Sephora orders to retail locations and online customers per established standard operating procedures
- Operate RF terminals and warehouse management systems (WMS) to receive, pick, replenish, and process inventory
- Pack product using preferred packing methods and maintain accurate order fulfillment
- Cross-train in receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping processes to support operational flexibility
- Follow all company, state, and OSHA safety regulations, report safety violations to supervisory personnel, and maintain proper work attire
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance with flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and menu-driven applications, or proven ability to learn quickly
- Ability to operate RF terminals effectively for receiving, picking, and replenishment functions
- Basic mathematics skills and ability to accurately match numbers
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication abilities
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level warehouse experience or familiarity with distribution center operations preferred; however, candidates with strong foundational skills and a commitment to learning are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 19 per hour.
