Sephora Warehouse Associate position in Avon, IN—seasonal full-time distribution center role with cross-training and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora product according to established production rates and standard operating procedures
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish inventory in the warehouse environment
- Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and report safety violations to management
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance while adhering to flexible scheduling requirements and overtime as needed
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators, management staff and departmental personnel
- Cross-train and perform assignments in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping based on operational needs
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) picking procedures or prior experience with menu-driven applications
- Basic math skills with demonstrated ability to match numbers accurately
