Seasonal full-time warehouse associate at Sephora's Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, Indiana. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, prepping, and shipping Sephora products to retail stores and online customers while maintaining safety standards and production rates. Associates will be cross-trained across receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping departments as operational needs dictate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and stock products following established standard operating procedures
- Pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product in the warehouse
- Follow all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance per company standards
- Work flexible schedules and overtime as required by business needs
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators and management personnel
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Ability to operate RF terminals and menu-driven warehouse applications
- Familiarity with warehouse layouts or ability to learn quickly
Skills
Experience
Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven warehouse applications preferred; warehouse layout familiarity or demonstrated ability to learn layout quickly.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
