Sephora Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Avon, IN – Full-time distribution center role receiving, picking, and shipping beauty products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and stock products following established standard operating procedures
- Pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product in the warehouse
- Follow all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance per company standards
- Work flexible schedules and overtime as required by business needs
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators and management personnel
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Ability to operate RF terminals and menu-driven warehouse applications
- Familiarity with warehouse layouts or ability to learn quickly
Skills
Experience
Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven warehouse applications preferred; warehouse layout familiarity or demonstrated ability to learn layout quickly.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
