Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, prepare, and ship Sephora orders to retail stores and online customers per established SOPs
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product inventory in the warehouse
- Cross-train and perform duties across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping departments as operational needs dictate
- Maintain safe working practices, comply with OSHA regulations, report safety violations, and ensure proper work attire
- Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures and maintain regular, acceptable attendance
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service to support the distribution center mission
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, sit, squat, and walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience using menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals and pack product using preferred methods
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor

Experience
Entry-level warehouse experience preferred; willingness to cross-train across multiple warehouse functions required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement stated.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 19 per hour.
