Warehouse Associate at Sephora, Avon, IN. Full-time distribution center role, Friday–Sunday, days shift. $19.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep, and ship product following established procedures and production rates
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product in the warehouse
- Perform cross-trained duties across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping departments as needed
- Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations
- Maintain regular attendance and flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as requested
- Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Follow all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals
- Ability to pack product using preferred methods
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or ability to learn layout quickly
- Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Ability to work cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions

Experience
Entry-level warehouse experience is not required. Familiarity with WMS procedures or menu-driven applications is preferred but candidates with demonstrated ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply.
Education
No specific educational qualification is mandated; high school diploma or equivalent is typical for this role.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 19 per hour.
