Sephora Warehouse Associate position in Avon, IN at Omni-Channel Distribution Center. Full-time role receiving, picking, and shipping product. $19/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely receive, stock, and pick Sephora product per established production rates and WMS procedures
- Pack, prepare, and ship orders to retail stores and online customers following company standards
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish product in the warehouse
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, company safety regulations, and loss prevention policies
- Complete cross-training assignments in receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping based on operational needs
- Report safety violations and potential hazards to supervisory personnel
- Maintain regular attendance and flexible scheduling, including overtime as required
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators and management personnel
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Familiarity with WMS procedures or prior experience using menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals successfully
- Basic mathematics skills with demonstrated ability to match numbers
- Ability to work effectively in team-oriented warehouse environment

Experience
Entry-level warehouse experience preferred; no specific years required. Familiarity with warehouse operations or ability to learn warehouse layout and procedures is valued.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 19 per hour.
