Sephora in Avon, IN is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Full Time) at the Omni‑Channel Distribution Center — $19.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and stock inbound product in accordance with company and industry standard operating procedures.
- Pick, pack, prep and ship orders for retail stores and online customers, meeting established production and quality standards.
- Operate RF terminals and follow WMS-directed picking, receiving, replenishment and put‑away procedures.
- Adhere to all safety, OSHA and Loss Prevention policies; report hazards and compliance issues to supervisory staff.
- Cross‑train across receiving, picking, packing, put‑away and shipping to support operational needs and shift coverage.
- Maintain reliable attendance, accept assigned shifts and work overtime as business needs require.
- Provide high quality internal and external customer service and proactively respond to direction from leadership.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand, walk, squat and perform physical tasks for the duration of a scheduled shift.
- Basic math skills and ability to match and verify numeric information accurately.
- Proven ability or willingness to operate RF handheld terminals; familiarity with WMS picking procedures preferred.
- Comfort working in moderate but variable warehouse temperatures and humidity.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work designated shifts and overtime; consistent, punctual attendance.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude and customer‑service focus.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level position. Previous warehouse or distribution center experience and familiarity with WMS/RF systems are preferred but not required; on‑the‑job training and cross‑training provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 19 per hour.
