Sephora (Avon, IN) is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center — $18.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and put away incoming shipments following company and industry standard operating procedures.
  • Pick, pack, prep and ship orders for retail stores and online customers to established production and accuracy targets.
  • Operate RF terminals and follow WMS-directed picking, replenishment and receiving processes.
  • Adhere to all Company, state and OSHA safety rules and Loss Prevention policies; report hazards and violations promptly.
  • Maintain regular attendance and schedule flexibility, including assigned shifts and overtime as required by business needs.
  • Support cross-departmental workflows by performing receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping assignments as directed.
  • Provide high-quality internal and external customer service and respond proactively to direction from supervisory staff.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout a scheduled shift.
  • Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or prior experience using menu-driven warehouse applications.
  • Experience operating RF terminals or comparable mobile data collection devices.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to match and verify numeric information accurately.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team environments with a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Willingness to work variable shifts and overtime; reliable attendance.

Experience

Entry-level role; prior warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience preferred but not required. Candidate must be able to learn warehouse layout and be cross-trained across receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping functions.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
