Sephora (Avon, IN) is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center — $18.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and put away incoming shipments following company and industry standard operating procedures.
- Pick, pack, prep and ship orders for retail stores and online customers to established production and accuracy targets.
- Operate RF terminals and follow WMS-directed picking, replenishment and receiving processes.
- Adhere to all Company, state and OSHA safety rules and Loss Prevention policies; report hazards and violations promptly.
- Maintain regular attendance and schedule flexibility, including assigned shifts and overtime as required by business needs.
- Support cross-departmental workflows by performing receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping assignments as directed.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service and respond proactively to direction from supervisory staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout a scheduled shift.
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or prior experience using menu-driven warehouse applications.
- Experience operating RF terminals or comparable mobile data collection devices.
- Basic math skills and the ability to match and verify numeric information accurately.
- Proven ability to work effectively in team environments with a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
- Willingness to work variable shifts and overtime; reliable attendance.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience preferred but not required. Candidate must be able to learn warehouse layout and be cross-trained across receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping functions.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
