Sephora Warehouse Associate role in Auckland, New Zealand. Full-time position managing e-commerce DC operations, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute distribution center operations including picking, packaging, and manifesting customer orders for e-commerce fulfillment
- Process inbound and outbound orders, materials, and deliveries to ensure accurate stocking and sorting of merchandise
- Conduct stock procedures including cycle counting, stock takes, and expired stock management to maintain inventory integrity
- Update and maintain inventory management systems with accuracy and timeliness
- Apply strong organizational skills to support multiple warehouse functions and operational flows
- Support labelling and stockpiling of material pick faces according to specified categorization standards
- Identify and communicate insights and suggestions for optimizing daily operations and improving process efficiencies
- Ensure all packages are accounted for and picked up in accordance with established timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse, e-commerce, or similar operational experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Management including regulatory documentation and storage requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work systematically and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
