Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain implementation guidelines for the Hair category to ensure consistent execution of merchandising and in‑store updates across European markets.
- Build and monitor retroplannings and project timelines for country rollouts.
- Prepare clear briefs and specifications for Offer teams, brand partners and country merchandising managers; ensure comprehension and alignment.
- Validate merchandising plans, graphic assets, technical drawings and prototypes in collaboration with the design team.
- Develop or redesign permanent fixtures dedicated to specific store concepts and oversee 3D concept work with design.
- Manage development and production follow‑up with design; supervise logistics of deliveries and in‑store installations.
- Construct country‑level budgets and track costs related to fixtures, production and implementations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between central teams, brands and country stakeholders; communicate updates and follow up on orders.
- Contribute to transversal projects such as tool implementation and process optimisation to improve cross‑border execution.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Bac+5 from a university or business school (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty sector and with cross‑border project exposure.
- Acute attention to detail, strong aesthetic sensibility and demonstrable creativity.
- Highly organised with proven ability to manage priorities and complex timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English (mandatory); ability to operate in an international environment.
- Proficient with Office pack.

3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising with demonstrable experience managing multi‑country or pan‑European projects; prior experience in the beauty or prestige retail sector is strongly preferred.
Education
