Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and publish European implementation guidelines for the Hair category to ensure consistent in‑store merchandising and timely updates across countries.
  • Create and maintain retroplannings, briefs and specifications for Offer teams, brands and country merchandising managers.
  • Validate merchandising plans, graphic assets, technical drawings and prototypes in collaboration with the design team.
  • Develop or redesign permanent store fixtures for specific store concepts and follow fixture development through 3D reviews, production and validation.
  • Build and manage country‑level budgets for merchandising projects and oversee logistics for deliveries and store installations.
  • Act as the central liaison between headquarters, brand partners and country teams to ensure clear communication and execution.
  • Participate in transversal projects to implement tools and optimise merchandising processes across the European zone.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, preferably within beauty or prestige retail.
  • Fluent English (mandatory) with clear ability to operate in an international, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing priorities, budgets and project timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; capacity to influence and coordinate with brands, design teams and country stakeholders.
