Sephora Sydney is hiring a Visual Merchandising Executive to lead VM rollouts across ANZ. Permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, Australia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute visual merchandising materials, branded fixtures and grid updates across all Australia & New Zealand stores, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Act as the primary HQ liaison with brands, suppliers and store teams for VM updates, including grids, graphics and fixture specifications.
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of monthly and major VM rollouts: scheduling, production oversight, logistics, and on-site installation management.
  • Support VM Manager in developing update schedules and ensure consistent, timely rollouts across the store network.
  • Manage VM readiness for new store openings and key commercial initiatives, tracking delivery timelines and materials completeness.
  • Oversee VM fixture and update budgets: track spend, identify risks, and administer supplier purchase orders.
  • Provide field support and VM communications: conduct store visits, resolve implementation issues and furnish clear execution guidelines.
  • Maintain and elevate in-store VM standards through training, documentation of guidelines and ongoing coaching of store teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in visual merchandising, retail display or a closely related role, preferably within beauty, fashion or luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated project and brand management capability with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Proven experience in in-store visual merchandising design and development, including fixture and graphic implementation.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present guidance clearly to stores and suppliers.
  • Strong planning, organisation, follow-up and time-management skills; able to work autonomously and exercise initiative.

Experience
