Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Specialists and Global teams to develop merchandising concepts and fixture designs tailored to Middle East consumer needs and various store formats
- Coordinate with suppliers on fixture design, technical drawings, production, and installation, ensuring excellence and cost efficiency
- Develop and maintain planograms optimizing product visibility, customer flow, franchise share, and storytelling through category segmentation and color coding
- Manage fixture and pricing updates for seasonal launches and assortment changes, ensuring timely implementation across all stores
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, monitor display effectiveness, and identify enhancement opportunities
- Lead end-to-end execution of retail activations and temporary merchandising initiatives in alignment with global brand guidelines and local market insights
- Prepare and communicate launch updates, merchandising guidelines, pricing information, and activation toolkits to stores in English and Arabic
- Maintain and track visual merchandising budgets across permanent fixtures, activations, and maintenance projects on a monthly basis
- Prepare bi-annual competitive benchmarking reports covering permanent merchandising and promotional activations
- Support store openings, renovations, relocations, and closures through effective management of merchandising installations
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of in-store merchandising experience in the beauty industry within the GCC region
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with planogram development and visual merchandising principles
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for excellence in execution
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated sense of design and creativity
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
