Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage orders, coordination, and follow-up of seasonal update campaigns for Sephora Collection's permanent fixtures.
  • Create merchandising materials necessary for the production and implementation of updates, including guidelines, merchandising plans, product orders, distribution files, visuals, and labels using Excel, PowerPoint, and internal software.
  • Transmit merchandising materials to countries for local update production.
  • Conduct field visits post-update to ensure compliance with implementations.
  • Oversee two annual campaigns for ordering fixtures for new or remodeled stores.
  • Work on cross-functional projects, including process creation, guideline development, and tool optimization.
  • Collaborate daily with various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program with a specialization in Marketing or Merchandising.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to engage in daily communications with international teams.

Skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and internal software. Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks effectively. Interest in the cosmetics industry.

Experience

A first professional experience is required, with retail experience considered advantageous.

Education

Master's program in Marketing or Merchandising.
