Sephora Singapore seeks Vice President of Retail Excellence to lead Southeast Asia retail operations, omnichannel growth, and store excellence across 100+ stores in 8 countries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement a Retail Excellence framework establishing standards for Sephora stores across the Southeast Asia region
- Lead initiatives elevating in-store client experience through exceptional beauty expertise, discovery-led product storytelling, clienteling, and seamless omnichannel integration
- Collaborate with local market teams to drive retail productivity through disciplined management of sales per store, conversion rates, average basket value, and digital engagement
- Oversee visual merchandising strategy and execution, ensuring stores remain inspiring beauty destinations reflecting Sephora's global brand standards
- Lead deployment and adoption of retail technology solutions enhancing client experience and store productivity across clienteling, consultations, and omnichannel capabilities
- Partner with Sephora University to elevate Beauty Advisor capability, leadership development, and service excellence across the region
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture within the retail organization through store manager capability development, talent retention, and performance management
- Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Digital teams to execute brand launches, category storytelling, in-store activations, and product discovery initiatives
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of retail leadership experience
- Extensive experience leading large store networks across multiple markets
- Proven track record of improving store productivity and customer experience
- Demonstrated inspirational field leadership capabilities
- Strong commercial acumen and retail management discipline
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or premium specialty retail preferred

Minimum 15 years of progressive retail leadership experience, with demonstrated success managing large store networks across multiple geographic markets in complex regional environments. Proven ability to drive retail transformation initiatives and improve both customer experience and commercial performance.
