Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients with personalized, engaging consultation to ensure a premium luxury experience
- Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty through strategic product education and brand narrative
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all fragrance products and brand heritage to serve as a credible luxury expert
- Proactively cross-sell across the full product universe, introducing clients to complementary luxury categories
- Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends, new product launches, and competitive positioning within the luxury fragrance market
- Take initiative in designing and executing immersive in-store experiences that reinforce the luxury brand universe
- Achieve daily and periodic sales targets whilst contributing meaningfully to overall store performance
- Model exemplary client service practices, product mastery, and sales excellence for team members
- Maintain the fragrance department to exacting standards, ensuring impeccable merchandising, adequate stock levels, and visually compelling displays
- Conduct regular inventory assessments and stock rotation to optimize product availability

Qualifications
