Role & Responsibilities
- Join Global Treasury within the Finance department and report to the Head of Treasury Projects & Tools to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Consolidate and optimise the company's cash‑management platform (Kyriba) and serve as a point of contact with global users.
- Lead and support key projects for bank communication tools, coordinating with subsidiaries, external providers, Sephora IT and LVMH Treasury (examples: SAP S/4 migration, payroll migrations to Trax for EMEA subsidiaries).
- Provide expert user support for treasury systems (Trax, Kyriba, Diapason): incident resolution, monitoring, troubleshooting and advisory to subsidiaries.
- Develop and maintain the documentation library for treasury tools, processes and runbooks.
- Assist the Treasury Projects Manager with project governance tasks: testing, user acceptance, stakeholder follow‑up and project reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's level programme (Bac+4/5) in Business, Finance, Project Management or Engineering with a focus on IT/project delivery.
- Comfortable with advanced Excel and familiar with Business Intelligence tools.
- Good command of English (written and spoken); French language skills advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑service orientation and ability to work with international stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Early‑career — suitable for a current Master’s student or recent graduate with limited professional experience; previous internships in finance, treasury operations or IT project support are a plus.
Education
