Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage stock transfers between French and US warehouses, including order entry upon arrival at the US regional warehouse.
  • Track shipments from suppliers to the global warehouse and Regional Distribution Center in the US.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement team to confirm availability dates for goods from Asia.
  • Validate and coordinate goods collection requests with the 3PL transport provider.
  • Monitor transport execution and import customs clearance in France and the US.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy of all shipping documents with the 3PL provider.
  • Create and consolidate reports using SAP ERP and transport provider data for weekly updates.
  • Resolve transport-related disputes in collaboration with carriers and local teams.
  • Collaborate with the 3PL provider to anticipate shipping volume requests.
  • Monitor transportation and customs costs, identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee the U.S. customs classification process with the Regulatory Affairs department.

Qualifications

  • Five-year higher education degree from a business or engineering school.
  • At least two years of experience in supply chain management, specifically in transportation and distribution.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP. Operational knowledge of English. Understanding of distribution flows from Europe to the United States.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with mandatory experience in transportation and distribution.

Education

Five-year higher education degree from a business or engineering school.
