Training Coordinator at Sephora Mississippi Distribution Center. Full-time role designing and delivering employee development programs, MHE training, and safety initiatives. $23.50–$25.15/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct employee training across multiple functional skill areas in accordance with established standard operating procedures
- Lead MHE (Material Handling Equipment) training, certification, and recertification programs, as well as other safety-critical training modules
- Facilitate applicable portions of the New Hire Orientation program and maintain comprehensive training completion records
- Evaluate the performance of current trainers and conduct training audits to assess efficacy and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in creating and maintaining the annual Training Calendar and manage training scheduling and organization across all operational departments
- Identify operational gaps and opportunities where training interventions could enhance employee productivity and organizational performance
- Stay current with emerging training methodologies, adult learning best practices, and industry-specific compliance requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of applicable training experience or adult education delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office and audiovisual equipment operation
- Willingness and ability to operate MHE and pursue MHE operator certification
- Ability to work flexible hours and varying shift schedules
- Physical capability to stand, sit, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of scheduled shifts
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant training, human resources development, or operational training experience. Experience in distribution center environments or warehouse operations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher in instructional design, human resources, adult education, or related field is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23.50 to USD 25.15 per hour.
