Training Coordinator at Sephora's Avon, IN distribution center. $24.70–$26.45/hr, full-time permanent role focused on employee training, MHE certification, and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct employee training sessions across multiple functional skill areas
- Lead MHE operator certification and recertification programs, as well as other mandatory safety training initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive records of training completion and develop annual training calendars
- Facilitate new hire orientation components and identify operational opportunities where training can drive efficiency improvements
- Evaluate the performance of current trainers and conduct training audits to assess training efficacy
- Develop and deliver professional feedback to employees and colleagues in a respectful manner
- Manage training schedules, coordination, and administrative documentation across all departments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of documented training or adult education experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE) or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated presentation ability
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential shift differential schedules
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of applicable training experience in a distribution, operations, or corporate learning environment. Prior experience with material handling equipment operation, new hire orientation delivery, or compliance training administration is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or GED required; some college education or a professional development credential in training and development is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
