Sephora seeks a Training Coordinator in Avon, IN (Omni‑Channel DC). Full‑time hourly role leading MHE, safety and operational training ($24.70/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, schedule and deliver training programs across distribution center functional areas, including classroom and hands‑on instruction.
- Lead MHE (Material Handling Equipment) driver training and recertification and deliver required safety trainings.
- Facilitate portions of new hire orientation and onboard new trainers; coach and evaluate trainer performance.
- Maintain and update training trackers and records of completion; create and manage the annual training calendar.
- Conduct training audits and evaluate training efficacy; identify operational gaps and recommend training solutions.
- Organize training logistics, schedule sessions, operate basic audiovisual equipment, and perform related administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of training, facilitation or L&D experience—preferably in a warehouse, distribution or operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver classroom and hands‑on training, including safety and MHE instruction.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to give and receive professional feedback.
- Excellent organizational, time management and data‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to operate MHE and obtain MHE Driver Certification; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic audiovisual equipment; ability to maintain confidential information with integrity.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant training or learning & development experience, with demonstrated delivery of operational, safety and MHE training in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary certificate or coursework in training, adult education, HR or a related field preferred.

This position is based in Avon, Indiana, USA, within easy reach of Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 24.70 per hour.
