Sephora Madrid — Traffic Acquisition Specialist (hybrid): lead paid media and acquisition across Iberia with a data‑driven approach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the paid acquisition and traffic qualification strategy for Iberia, ensuring alignment with central guidelines and local Offer, Marketing and E‑commerce teams.
- Lead day‑to‑day relationships with digital agencies for campaign briefings, implementation, monitoring and iterative optimization across all paid channels.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 and ad servers to maximise ROI and achieve business KPIs.
- Oversee App Marketing initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement, and ensure synergy between app, web and CRM efforts.
- Ensure accurate data collection by overseeing implementation of tags and pixels (website, campaigns, landing pages) and collaborate closely with analytics teams.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable, data‑driven recommendations to local and central stakeholders.
- Manage paid media budget allocation and financial tracking in coordination with Finance; handle supplier invoicing and vendor relationships.
- Identify new partners, channels and growth levers; propose innovations and scale opportunities based on trend analysis and performance insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in media agencies or digital marketing roles, with hands‑on responsibility for paid media campaign management.
- Proven experience managing cross‑channel paid media budgets and third‑party agencies.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to translate data into actionable optimisations and business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate with central and local teams.
- Fluent English (mandatory); working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
