Sephora Düsseldorf seeks a Trade Marketing Working Student (internship, part‑time, hybrid) to support visual merchandising and retail activations — start 1 June 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support visual merchandising and in‑store activations in close collaboration with Offer and Retail teams.
  • Produce merchandising books and maintain accurate store floorplans and execution guidelines.
  • Prepare animation briefs and coordinate production with external suppliers and agencies.
  • Translate, adapt and format brand and institutional visuals for in‑store application.
  • Assist during store openings, remodels and other field activations to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage brand merchandising updates from initial brief through to final production delivery.
  • Collect, curate and distribute feedback and photographic documentation from trade activations.
  • Communicate upcoming animations, merchandising initiatives and trade events to retail locations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (marketing, communications, visual merchandising, business or related).
  • Basic knowledge or initial experience in retail marketing, trade marketing or visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite — specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Excellent organisation skills, flexibility and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
