Sephora is seeking a Trade Marketing Intern for its Düsseldorf headquarters from 1 December 2026. The intern will support visual merchandising, in-store activations, store openings and brand merchandising updates, and communicate initiatives to stores. The internship is described as full-time and hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support visual merchandising and in-store activations in close collaboration with the Offer and Retail teams.
- Create merchandising books for stores and update floor plans.
- Prepare activation briefings and coordinate with external suppliers.
- Translate, create and adapt brand and institutional visuals for in-store use.
- Support store openings and renovations.
- Manage brand merchandising updates from initial briefing through final production.
- Collect and share feedback and photos on trade activations, and handle other requests from central teams.
- Communicate upcoming activations, merchandising initiatives and trade events to stores.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme.
- Knowledge of or initial experience in retail marketing.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Organised and flexible, with an interest in working in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility.
- Driven by excellence, innovation, teamwork and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
