Sephora is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist for the Danish and Swedish markets, with projects across the DENS Hub. The role leads visual merchandising, store animations, floor-plan and budget management, supplier coordination, and store-opening and remodeling projects; it is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead floor-plan management for stores and corners in collaboration with the Manager, Offer and Retail teams, including brand ins and outs, location changes, and updates to furniture and visual merchandising materials.
- Manage furniture inventory across all stores and corners.
- Coordinate planogram and visual merchandising updates 4–6 times per year, communicate changes to stores, and ensure production, delivery and in-store installation.
- Develop solutions for local initiatives, including sales execution, Beauty Outlet installations and additional visibility for focus brands.
- Lead trade marketing projects for new store openings and remodels in collaboration with Retail and Expansion, including floor-plan alignment, fixture orders, stakeholder coordination, and visual merchandising production, delivery and installation.
- Support retail teams in applying visual merchandising guidelines for product display, price communication and signage; provide templates, signage and print files, and lead production of permanent institutional merchandising.
- Lead in-store animations, aligning the annual plan with Retail and Offer, forecasting and ordering trade elements, managing production and delivery, creating store merchandising guidelines, and ensuring material quality and execution.
- Manage supplier relationships for point-of-sale materials, source new suppliers and negotiate with existing suppliers to secure quality and pricing.
- Monitor animations and merchandising updates by collecting implementation photos.
- Own the OPEX merchandising budget and review it regularly with the Manager and Finance team.
- Plan and monitor CAPEX investments in monthly alignment with the Manager and Finance team.
- Collaborate with the DENS Trade Marketing team, Retail, Offer, Finance, Supply Chain and the Sephora Europe team in Paris.
- Work closely with Category Managers, store teams and Area Managers to support retail excellence.
- Share creative ideas and best practices across teams.
- Spend time in stores to identify retail team needs, support implementation and ensure strong execution.
- Travel periodically within DENS—Germany, Scandinavia and Switzerland—to meet peers and provide mutual support.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of Trade Marketing experience focused on Visual Merchandising and Animations, preferably in a dynamic and growing environment.
- Willingness to travel.
- Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong hands-on mentality.
- Comfort in an agile and dynamic environment.
