Role & Responsibilities

• Support the development of point-of-sale display designs in collaboration with Trade Marketing Project Managers, brands and external agencies.
• Coordinate the information required for in-store activations, including assortments, copy, visuals and products, to ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to merchandising tests to ensure consistency and feasibility in stores.
• Work with the Legal team to validate activation copy.
• Create activation toolkits for markets to facilitate local implementation.
• Coordinate information about materials across different countries and facilitate communication between local markets and headquarters, including follow-ups related to forecasts.
• Conduct on-site quality checks to ensure point-of-sale displays meet requirements and have an impact in stores.
• Prepare activation recaps (trade reports) to analyse and share results.
• Monitor competitors’ trade marketing strategies and activations in key markets.

Qualifications

• Interest in trade marketing, visual merchandising and product presentation in stores.
• Curious and creative, with a strong interest in beauty and retail.
• Rigorous, organised and detail-oriented, particularly in project tracking and coordinating multiple teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English for working in an international environment.
• Comfortable using Pack Office.
• Adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
