Sephora — Trade Marketing Intern in Düsseldorf. 6‑month internship supporting visual merchandising, in‑store activations and store communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support visual merchandising and in‑store activations, including creation and adaptation of brand and institutional visuals for retail environments.
- Produce and maintain merchandising books and floorplans for store execution and remodels.
- Draft animation briefs, coordinate with suppliers, and follow up through production to ensure alignment with briefs and timelines.
- Collect, organise and transmit photographic feedback and reporting from store trade activations to central teams.
- Assist project teams during store openings and remodelings and communicate upcoming merchandising and trade events to stores.
- Manage translations and localisation of point‑of‑sale materials and ensure brand consistency across markets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme, preferably with a specialisation in retail marketing, visual merchandising or related discipline.
- Available for a 6‑month internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Fluent in English and French; German language skills are a plus.
- Organised, adaptable and able to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment with cross‑functional stakeholders.
