Sephora in Düsseldorf is hiring a Trade Marketing Intern (internship) starting May 15 — support visual merchandising and store activations; English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support visual merchandising and in‑store activations in close collaboration with Offer and Retail teams.
  • Create and maintain merchandising books and store floorplans for multiple store formats.
  • Prepare animation briefs and coordinate production and delivery with external suppliers.
  • Translate, adapt and prepare brand and institutional visuals for point‑of‑sale execution.
  • Support brand merchandising updates from initial brief through to final production.
  • Assist during store openings, remodels and on‑site activations to ensure visual standards.
  • Collect, document and share feedback and photo evidence from trade activations.
  • Communicate upcoming animations, merchandising initiatives and trade events to store teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (marketing, retail, communications, visual merchandising or related field).
  • Basic knowledge or initial practical experience in retail marketing or trade marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Highly organised, flexible and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑responsibility environment.
  • Hands‑on mentality, creativity, strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Experience
