Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of Point of Sale (POS) designs in collaboration with Trade Marketing Project Managers, brands, and external agencies.
  • Coordinate necessary information for promotional events, including assortments, texts, visuals, and products, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to merchandising tests to ensure coherence and feasibility in-store.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to validate promotional wording.
  • Create animation toolkits for markets to facilitate local implementation.
  • Work in an international context, coordinating information for support materials across various countries and facilitating communication between local markets and headquarters.
  • Conduct field quality checks to ensure compliance and impact of POS materials in stores, as well as competitive benchmarking.
  • Develop trade reports to analyze and share promotional results.

Qualifications

  • Interest in trade/visual merchandising and product staging challenges in retail environments.
  • Curious and creative with a strong affinity for the beauty and retail sectors.
  • Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented, especially in project follow-up and team coordination.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to thrive in an international environment.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment with strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.
