Sephora hiring Trade Marketing Analyst in São Paulo, Brazil. Develop offline retail strategies, manage partner negotiations, and drive KPI-focused initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Negotiate monthly marketing calendars with brand partners and internal stakeholders to align trade initiatives with institutional campaigns and commercial periods
- Develop and execute channel-specific marketing tactics focused on conversion drivers, traffic generation, ticket average increase, and other retail KPIs
- Coordinate internal meetings with merchandising and retail teams to align on promotional activities and strategic initiatives
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports on offline channel activities, with particular emphasis on trade marketing results and ROI
- Identify and present new business opportunities aligned with core retail KPIs and category growth objectives
- Lead key departmental projects and support strategic category initiatives across the offline retail portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in trade marketing
- Demonstrated experience in omnichannel trade marketing environments
- Experience managing experiential marketing and event activations
- Proven analytical mindset and ability to interpret retail metrics and KPIs
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated negotiation capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively
