Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach beauty advisors to ensure consistent execution of Sephora's sales model and customer service excellence
  • Monitor store revenue, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure team members meet departmental sales targets
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in alignment with company guidelines
  • Act as floor manager, actively engaging with customers and collaborating with team members on the sales floor
  • Optimize staffing levels and zone allocation to meet customer demand and service expectations
  • Participate in the interview and hiring process for beauty advisor candidates
