Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise beauty advisors and ensure consistent execution of Sephora's sales model across all beauty categories
  • Monitor store revenue performance and sales opportunities, guiding team members to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee proper implementation of company-mandated display concepts and sales floor aesthetics
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer service escalations and regularly perform floor-covering duties
  • Manage team staffing levels and zone allocation to optimize customer service delivery and respond to seasonal or traffic-driven needs
  • Participate in candidate interviews and talent acquisition for the beauty advisor team
