Team Lead, Store Services at Sephora Montreal — manage store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a beauty advisory team in this supervisory role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all beauty advisors execute Sephora's sales model correctly and consistently across all product categories
- Monitor store revenue performance and category opportunities; hold team members accountable to sales objectives
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation at the highest level; support the operations team in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Act as on-duty manager in-store, providing direct customer service and collaborating with team members to meet client expectations
- Optimize floor zoning and staff allocation to respond to customer needs; adjust staffing levels as required
- Participate in candidate interviews for team member positions and contribute to the talent evaluation process

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a high-volume retail environment

1–3 years of supervisory or equivalent leadership experience in a high-volume retail store, or equivalent internal progression within Sephora.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail management or related field is considered an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
