Sephora Team Lead, Store Operations in Mirabel, QC. Lead retail operations and manage a dynamic team at the Premium location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all operational aspects of store execution, ensuring alignment with Sephora standards and processes
- Oversee and mentor all operations team members, including night stock teams, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement
- Execute inventory management including receiving, shipping, returns, stock counts, and process compliance within established timelines
- Direct visual merchandising initiatives and maintain compliance with corporate merchandising standards and brand guidelines
- Supervise internal and third-party cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and escalating issues as needed
- Manage supply chain processes to maintain appropriate budgets and inventory levels for supplies, demonstrators, and samples
- Conduct performance evaluations and development conversations with operations team members on a timely basis
- Serve as duty manager on the sales floor, collaborating with beauty consultants and customers to support service delivery
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations or supervisory role in a comparable high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and deliver constructive feedback
- Strong retail operations expertise and knowledge of store execution best practices
- Demonstrated time management and problem-solving skills
