Sephora seeks an interim Part-Time Team Lead for Customer Experience in Boucherville, QC. Lead retail teams, drive sales, and build customer loyalty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives
- Drive store success through strong customer engagement, deep product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support team development through continuous feedback and performance coaching to enhance overall team results
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing learning on service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and adherence to store standards
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where team members feel valued and accountable
- Maintain punctuality and availability during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments
- Demonstrated ability to coach and inspire teams toward achieving objectives
- Strong sales and customer service competencies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Physical capability to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
- Reliable and flexible scheduling availability
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in retail sales, hospitality, or service-oriented environments, with proven ability to motivate teams and drive customer engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail management or customer service training is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Boucherville, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
