Sephora seeks a Team Lead, Asset Protection in Montreal. Lead loss prevention across multiple retail locations with training, investigation, and compliance responsibilities. CAD $30–35/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist retail locations with all loss prevention programs and initiatives
- Review exception reports and cash register variances to identify internal theft
- Attend internal investigations as a witness when required
- Prepare market and agent summaries for weekly District Loss Prevention Manager meetings
- Train and develop loss prevention agents across assigned district
- Organize and lead quarterly in-store loss prevention audits and blitz reviews
- Conduct store visits with management team members and prepare visit notes
- Review and approve agent scheduling for assigned district locations
- Support high-shrink stores in inventory preparation and reconciliation
- Participate in new agent onboarding and integration processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of loss prevention experience in retail environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video surveillance systems)
- Valid Security Certificate (as required by local/provincial regulations)
- Ability to travel throughout assigned district
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
