Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct technical research on French and international tax issues and draft clear, concise tax memoranda for internal stakeholders.
- Support internal teams (accounting, legal, finance) and subsidiaries with operational tax queries and compliance matters.
- Contribute to transfer pricing documentation and the monitoring of group transfer pricing policy.
- Assist on tax aspects of corporate restructurings and cross-border transactions, liaising with LVMH holding, external counsel and tax authorities as required.
- Maintain tax technical monitoring (jurisprudence, legislative changes, guidance) and coordinate dissemination of relevant updates across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Master 2 (or equivalent) in Tax Law; candidate preparing the bar (élève-avocat) preferred.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with proven drafting ability.
- Rigorous, curious and proactive with polished interpersonal and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Good command of English (required); additional languages are an asset.

Entry-level: previous internship(s) or an initial professional experience in a corporate tax department or in a law/tax firm is a plus.
Education
Master 2 in Tax Law (or equivalent); preparation for the bar (élève-avocat) is desirable.
