Role & Responsibilities
- Lead operational planning and execution for LVMH and Sephora global program cascades, translating requirements into timelines, tracking mechanisms, and implementation plans
- Own reporting strategy, dashboard development, metric governance, and insights infrastructure to support leadership decision-making
- Serve as cross-trained LMS administrator for My Sephora Learning, managing stakeholder-facing reporting, workflow optimization, and completion tracking
- Manage end-to-end operations for program survey evaluations, including launch planning, population management, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedure governance to ensure critical workflows remain current and scalable
- Drive LVMH Annual Learning Audit readiness, including evidence collection, submission coordination, and post-audit process improvements
- Translate complex data into clear reporting narratives, dashboards, and actionable stakeholder recommendations
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, governance, and user experience
- Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to manage dependencies and support execution of recurring and global initiatives
- Maintain and update operational resources to ensure shared tools and materials remain accurate and user-friendly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, talent operations, learning operations, HRIS/LMS administration, people analytics, or related operations-focused environments
- Strong operational mindset with ability to create structure and manage recurring processes
- Advanced knowledge of talent development and evaluation methodologies
- Strong expertise in Learning Management Systems administration, governance, deployment, and optimization
- Experience building dashboards, governing metrics, and translating data into insights and recommendations
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, talent operations, learning operations, HRIS/LMS administration, people analytics, or related operations- and systems-focused environments with demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and drive continuous improvement.
