Sephora Shanghai seeks a Talent Manager to lead talent development, manage talent pools and design L&D programs aligned with the people strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the regional talent roadmap to ensure talent initiatives are aligned with the company people strategy.
  • Design, implement and evaluate development programs and targeted learning projects to address needs across talent segments and leadership levels.
  • Oversee talent pool and succession planning processes, promoting development opportunities through internal channels to maximize engagement and mobility.
  • Partner with Global and Group HR teams to localize and deploy global talent development programs, ensuring high adoption and relevance to the business.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement with business leaders and HR partners to translate talent insights into actionable development plans.
  • Support additional HR and talent initiatives as required to strengthen organizational capability and culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational corporation; demonstrable background in talent management, succession planning or learning & development.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable development programs and learning interventions.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with strong drive for delivering excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial orientation with excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills.

Experience
