Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the regional talent roadmap to ensure talent initiatives are aligned with the company people strategy.
- Design, implement and evaluate development programs and targeted learning projects to address needs across talent segments and leadership levels.
- Oversee talent pool and succession planning processes, promoting development opportunities through internal channels to maximize engagement and mobility.
- Partner with Global and Group HR teams to localize and deploy global talent development programs, ensuring high adoption and relevance to the business.
- Drive stakeholder engagement with business leaders and HR partners to translate talent insights into actionable development plans.
- Support additional HR and talent initiatives as required to strengthen organizational capability and culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational corporation; demonstrable background in talent management, succession planning or learning & development.
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable development programs and learning interventions.
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong drive for delivering excellence.
- Entrepreneurial orientation with excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
Skills
Experience
Minimum eight years of HR experience in a multinational environment with practical expertise in talent management, leadership development or learning & development. Experience partnering with global HR teams and operating cross‑functionally across retail or consumer businesses is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above.
