Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all people-related and operational activities for an assigned Sephora store, acting as the subject-matter expert for talent and store execution.
- Lead recruitment and final interviews for key store roles; utilise the applicant tracking system to source, select and hire candidates as needed.
- Drive training, onboarding and ongoing development programs in collaboration with the store director and education partners.
- Conduct timely performance evaluations and oversee performance-management processes across the store; provide coaching and corrective action when required.
- Own store operational execution, ensuring compliance with Sephora standards across shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counts and other inventory processes.
- Develop and maintain store schedules; demonstrate strong understanding of payroll processes and other controllable store expenses.
- Monitor commercial performance and act entrepreneurially to support sales generation and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a comparable retail people/operations role or equivalent internal experience in a high-volume store.
- Proven ability to recruit, select and develop store leadership and frontline advisors who drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.

Education
Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, human resources, retail management or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
