Sephora Canada — Talent & Store Operations Manager in Boucherville. Lead recruitment, training and store operations for a high-volume beauty boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all people-related and operational activities for an assigned Sephora store, acting as the subject-matter expert for talent and store execution.
  • Lead recruitment and final interviews for key store roles; utilise the applicant tracking system to source, select and hire candidates as needed.
  • Drive training, onboarding and ongoing development programs in collaboration with the store director and education partners.
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations and oversee performance-management processes across the store; provide coaching and corrective action when required.
  • Own store operational execution, ensuring compliance with Sephora standards across shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counts and other inventory processes.
  • Develop and maintain store schedules; demonstrate strong understanding of payroll processes and other controllable store expenses.
  • Monitor commercial performance and act entrepreneurially to support sales generation and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a comparable retail people/operations role or equivalent internal experience in a high-volume store.
  • Proven ability to recruit, select and develop store leadership and frontline advisors who drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
