Sephora Canada seeks a Talent and Business Operations Manager in Saskatoon, overseeing store people and operations management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the online applicant tracking system to source, select and hire candidates
- Manage all training-related functions within the store in conjunction with Store Director and Education partners to develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports in a complete and timely manner, oversee the performance management process for the entire store, and ensure timely feedback for improvement
- Lead store operations and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standard, including management of inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses to drive entrepreneurial decision-making and business optimization
Qualifications
- Two to four years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner
- Proven ability to attract and identify talented store leaders who can train and develop staff to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
