Sephora Canada seeks a Talent and Business Operations Manager for its Regina store to oversee operations and people functions with CAD $54,800–$68,500 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize the applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates
  • Develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy in conjunction with the Store Director and Education partners, managing all training-related functions
  • Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports in a complete and timely manner, and oversee the performance management process for the entire store
  • Lead store operations and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standards, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting
  • Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll management, and all controllable expenses within the store
  • Provide timely feedback for improvement and follow up as necessary on all performance management situations within the team

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop staff to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
