Sephora Canada seeks Talent and Business Operations Manager for North Bay store. Lead operations, staffing, training; CAD $54,800–$68,500.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct final interviews for all key positions and utilize applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates
- Manage all training-related functions within the store in conjunction with Store Director and Education partners
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the performance management process for the entire store
- Lead store operations and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standards
- Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, returning merchandise, cycle counting, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timeframes
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and all controllable expenses
Qualifications
- Two to four years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders who can train and drive sales
