Sephora seeks a Talent and Business Operations Manager in Mississauga, Canada. Lead store operations, talent management, and drive operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct final interviews and recruitment for all store positions in alignment with company hiring standards
  • Develop and execute the store's ongoing training strategy in collaboration with the Store Director and Education partners
  • Oversee weekly schedule creation, approve time-off requests, and manage payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee performance management for the entire store
  • Manage all store operations including inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, tester and supply control, and cycle counts
  • Demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, identifying and nurturing in-store talent throughout their career progression

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries
  • Proven experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain high-performing teams
  • Strong managerial courage and composure in managing difficult conversations
  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel

Compensation
