Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Support the coordination and administration of the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective communication and a seamless candidate experience.
- Prepare onboarding materials and assist with induction sessions to ensure a smooth new starter experience.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring all interactions reflect Sephora’s values and culture.
- Support employer branding efforts, including content creation, careers site updates, social media storytelling, and campus/early careers initiatives.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor best practices, and emerging talent acquisition tools.
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and employee experience.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to support a wide range of people-centric tasks.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, customer service, or a fast-paced work environment is beneficial.
