Sephora Collection seeks a Supply Planner for temporary assignment in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Manage MRP, supplier planning, and inventory control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operationally manage the MRP process while accounting for supplier capacity constraints and packaging/finished product planning requirements
- Monitor and track the order portfolio with subcontractors, and send production forecasts to suppliers
- Ensure weekly management of the article catalog, including monitoring supplier delays and implementing corrective action plans
- Secure information communicated by subcontractors regarding timing and quantities for relay to the Supply Planning team
- Address supplier issues during warehouse receptions and develop subcontractor knowledge of production processes
- Manage the product launch phase in collaboration with purchasing and development teams, establishing production schedules and deployment of database parameters
- Manage product end-of-life by placing final supplier orders to secure remaining sales while limiting obsolescence
- Implement and optimize reporting tools and monitor KPIs including service rate, stock coverage, obsolescence, on-time/in-full performance, and purchasing turnover
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in business, engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain planning
- Recognized for rigor, organization, and strong interpersonal skills
- Professional operational proficiency in English
- Demonstrable understanding of customer requirements and interest in the cosmetics sector
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP and APS systems or forecast management tools

Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain planning, or material planning roles.
Education
Graduate degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in business, engineering, or related field.
