Sephora — Supply Planner (Europe) in Saran, France. Permanent full-time role managing supplier replenishment, KPIs and launches across 15 countries.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier replenishment across assigned vendor portfolio, ensuring purchases respect allocated budgets and complex multi-country requirements (3 central warehouses, 15 countries).
  • Ensure timely availability of stock at the warehouse through proactive order placement, transit follow-up and milestone management.
  • Coordinate onboarding and launch of new brands and references for 15 countries, validating logistical, financial and marketing prerequisites with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance and Quality stakeholders.
  • Monitor and drive supplier performance via scorecards and KPIs; escalate and implement corrective actions to resolve stockouts and overstocks.
  • Build seasonal purchasing plans for peak events (e.g., Mother's Day, Christmas) in alignment with forecasters and commercial calendars.
  • Manage product end-of-life (phase-in/phase-out) and maintain regulatory vigilance.
  • Maintain and update master data using supplier inputs; handle quantitative/price disputes and returns with suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Master's-level education (Bac+4/5) in engineering, supply chain, logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years' professional experience in supply chain or procurement, ideally within retail.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and to propose process improvements.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, procurement or inventory management, preferably within a retail or consumer goods environment and handling multi-country distribution.

Education

Bac+4/5 (Master's degree) in engineering, supply chain, logistics or equivalent.

This position is based in Saran, Centre-Val de Loire, France, within easy reach of Orléans.
