Six-month internship: Supply Chain Project Manager Assistant at Sephora, Neuilly-sur-Seine. Support transformation projects and process optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning, execution, and oversight of supply chain transformation projects, including workshop facilitation and testing phase coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop and maintain supply chain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines with regular updates
- Support the creation of Power BI reporting dashboards tracking key supply chain KPIs for senior management visibility
- Champion continuous process improvement initiatives, collaborating with IT teams on SAP, ANAPLAN, and Power BI system enhancements
- Facilitate change management activities, supporting teams in adoption of new practices and tools while communicating transformation priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or university-level program with supply chain specialization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or enterprise performance management (EPM) systems
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (oral and written); conversational proficiency required

Entry-level or recent graduate with foundational exposure to supply chain operations, project management methodologies, or business process improvement. Proactive problem-solving orientation and ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate.
